In addition to meeting our customers’ needs and “adding value at every stop” our employees are also dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in the communities they serve. Employees participate in hometown activities and charities. We often donate services, staff time and funds to support civic projects.
Residential collection will be delayed by one day, if your regular collection falls on or after one of these holidays: (Note: In 2010, our office will be closed Monday, July 5th in honor of the Independence Day holiday.)

FREE Holiday Tree Collection
Recycle your holiday tree this season by chopping it up and placing it in your yard waste container, or take advantage of the holiday tree collection. This special holiday tree collection will be provided free-of-charge during the two weeks following Christmas Day. To participate, please follow these guidelines:
Remove the tree stand and all decorations.
Cut the tree in half if it is over 6-feet tall.
Place the tree next to your containers on your regular collection day during the weeks of December 27, 2010 through January 7, 2011.
Play it safe and avoid becoming a victim of vandalism; place your tree out for collection before 7 a.m. on the morning of your collection day rather than the night before.
Flocked trees cannot be recycled. If your tree is flocked, please cut-it up and place it in your TRASH container. If it doesn't fit in your container contact Villa Park Disposal to schedule a bulky-item collection.
We realize businesses depend on us, so to help get collection back on schedule as soon as possible following these holidays we add additional crews and extend work hours.
If your businesses’ regular collection falls on the holiday, service will be delayed by one day.
If your collection falls after the holidays your collection may be provided later in the day than usual or one day later. We work hard to get caught up and back on regular schedule.
